What Stay15 remembers

Stay15 stores the account identifier and email supplied by sign-in, your display name, unique pseudonymous profile alias, point balance, referral status, room membership, messages, wallet activity, safety reports, and temporary enforcement records.

What rooms reveal

Other participants see only your temporary room alias and the messages you send. They do not see your email, account name, point balance, referral activity, profile alias, or other rooms.

Private profile identity

Your verified contact details are stored separately from your member-facing profile. Room and discovery responses contain only the fields needed to run the conversation; the private contact record is available only to your account export and restricted server-side operations.

Why data is used

Data supports room delivery, point accounting, abuse prevention, moderation, and product reliability. Stay15 uses privacy-limited product analytics by default to understand which screens and features work. It does not sell personal information or support advertising profiles.

Retention and safety holds

Closed room content is archived before it becomes eligible for controlled cleanup. Safety reports and restricted evidence can remain under a hold so an account request does not erase the record needed to review harm.
